Delete your Lotwise account

Use this page to request deletion of a Lotwise account and the associated personal data held by LotwiseCollects Ltd. You do not need to install the Android app to submit a request.

Lotwise is used by trading-card vendors and by individual adult collectors. You do not need to be a registered company. Lotwise accounts are for people aged 18 or over.

Identify the account with the email address used to register. You may also include an account or trading name if that helps us match the right workspace. We may need to verify your identity before taking action. This form does not ask for a password or payment details, and submitting it does not immediately delete an account.

If you can sign in as the account owner, you can also delete the active account from Account in the Lotwise app or web workspace.

After a valid request is verified, operational data that Lotwise no longer has a lawful reason to retain is normally deleted or anonymised as described in the Privacy Notice. Limited information may be retained where required by law, accounting, security, or legal claims.
